Week 4's extension task was to watch a short video about the biosphere. We then had to answer 4 simple questions that were answered in the video.

The Hydrosphere {facts poster}

This is the extra work for those who finished first and for those who are experts. For this extra task we were asked to present facts about the hydrosphere either in a poster, screencastify or a slide show.

For this weeks inquiry work we took a look at the hydrosphere. We wrote down what we had already knew, wanted to know, and what we found out. Then wrote a small explanation of what the hydrosphere is.

The Geosphere!

WALT: describe the structure of the earth

As this terms theme is "We are the world!" for inquiry team 5 are focusing on the earth systems and the 4 spheres, atmosphere, hydrosphere, biosphere, and the geosphere. For this week we focused mainly on the geosphere and as weeks pass we'll be taking a look at each sphere and layers.
