Writing an Effective Essay Opening


TASK DESCRIPTION: for this weeks reading task we had to come up with a compound sentence and a complex sentence using the simple sentence that Mrs Stone had prepared for us. We then read an introduction to "What Makes a Dinosaur a Dinosaur?", after completing the questions that were on the slide we got to write our very own descriptive introduction!
